Your Kid's Table is a personal blog written exclusively by Alisha Grogan MOT, OTR/L. This Site www.yourkidstable.com and content found on the website ("Site"), unless otherwise specified are owned by yourkidstable.com (Your Kid's Table, LLC) (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all Terms and Conditions, do not use this Site. We may change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and any changes will be included in the Terms and Conditions posted on the Site. Please check the Terms and Conditions for changes. Your continued use of the Site after the Terms and Conditions have been changed constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

The Site is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older, and reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions. When links are provided to helpful therapeutic tools, toys, or further education, they may be connected to affiliate marketing partnerships. This  is done by embedding tracking links into the web addresses provided. If you click on a link for an affiliate partnership, a cookie will be placed on your browser to track any sales for purposes of commissions.


Paid Affiliate links are exclusively used in the Resources online document. All affiliate links are clearly indicated, and only links for products that are personally used by the Your Kid's Table team are shared. 

A small percentage of these are passed onto Your Kid's Table LLC at no additional cost to the purchaser. 

Your Kid’s Table LLC is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and Fun and Function.  They are affiliate advertising programs designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and links to Amazon.com and Funandfunction.com. As part of this Amazon Associates program, the Website will post customized links, provided by Amazon, to track the referrals to their website. This program utilizes cookies to track visits for the purposes of assigning commission on these sales.

By submitting Submissions to any part of this Site, you agree that you have the right to submit the Submission, and such Submission is non-confidential for all purposes. If you make any such Submission, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of the Submission or you otherwise have permission to make the Submission, and you grant to yourkidstable.com, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the Submission in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed.

Public Forums/Blog Posts

If you use one of the areas of the Site that permit you and others to post communications, such as course ratings, discussion forums, social media postings, user profiles, professional network and live events/classroom messaging ("Public Areas"), you are solely responsible for your own Submissions, the consequences of posting those Submissions, and your reliance on any communications found in the Public Areas. Yourkidstable.com is not responsible for the consequences of any communications in the Public Areas. In cases where you feel threatened or believe someone else is in danger, you should contact your local law enforcement agency immediately.

In consideration of being allowed to use the Public Areas and submit Submissions, you agree that your failure to comply with any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions: you will not use a Public Area for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws; you will not post material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others; you will not post material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity; you will not post advertisements or solicitations of business or post chain letters or pyramid schemes; you will not impersonate others, distribute viruses or other harmful computer code, or harvest or otherwise collect information about others (including email addresses, without their consent); you will not allow other persons or entities to use your identification for posting or viewing comments; you will not post the same note more than once or engage in any form of "spamming"; and you will not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Public Area or the Site.

You acknowledge that we do not ordinarily monitor Submissions or the Public Area, and we reserve the right to refuse to accept or to remove any Submission that is, in our sole discretion, unacceptable, and to disclose Submissions to law enforcement agencies or authorities who may investigate reports of misuse or abuse of the Website or the Content.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with yourkidstable.com, or in any way relating to your use of the Site, resides in the courts of the State of Pennsylvania and you further agree and expressly irrevocably consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Pennsylvania in connection with any such dispute including any claim. You irrevocably waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. Except for claims arising from your misuse of the Site or the Content, or claims arising from the Submissions, you agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site, the Content or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Waiver and Severability

Our waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and our failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

Payments, Taxes, and Refund Policy

yourkidstable.com accepts these forms of payment: Paypal and Stripe, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards though those services. Billing occurs at the time of or shortly after your transaction.

You agree that you will pay for all products and services you purchase through yourkidstable.com, and that yourkidstable.com may charge your credit card for any products and services purchased through the Site and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your purchases. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING yourkidstable.com WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. All fees will be billed to the credit card account you designate during the registration process.
